Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Synnudé (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit synnude.com or shop with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We don’t sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (if you give it) and what you buy.
- Payment details: handled directly by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and order history.
- Email sign-ups: your email address and where you signed up (for example, the welcome offer).
- Messages: anything you send us through our contact form or by email.
- Reviews: your rating, review and display name if you leave one.
- Device and usage data: basic information such as your browser, pages viewed and items added to your bag, collected through cookies so the site works (for example, keeping items in your bag).
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, returns and exchanges.
- To answer your messages and give shade recommendations.
- To send marketing emails if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To understand what’s working on the site and improve it.
Who we share it with
We share only what’s needed with the companies that help us run the store: our payment processor, shipping carriers, website hosting provider, email service provider, and the analytics and advertising tools described under Cookies. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect against fraud. We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the shop to work (like your bag and checkout) and to remember small choices (like closing our welcome pop-up or your Shade Finder result).
We also use analytics and advertising tools — Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel — to understand how people use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and where shoppers leave) and to measure our ads. Clarity may record anonymized sessions of how pages are used; it does not capture what you type into payment fields. These providers may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal reasons. We keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for up to two years.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
- Access, correct or delete your information by contacting us. We may need to keep some order records for legal reasons.
- Depending on where you live, you may have extra privacy rights under state law. Contact us to use them; we won’t treat you differently for doing so.
Children
Our site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Security
We use secure (HTTPS) connections and trusted service providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date shows the latest version.
