These terms explain the rules for using synnude.com and buying from Synnudé (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. We’ve kept them in plain language.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us (name, address, payment details) is accurate.

2. Products and colors

We do our best to show products, shades and swatches accurately, but screens display color differently, so the real product may look slightly different. Product descriptions, ingredients and sizes may change; always check the packaging you receive.

3. Using our products safely

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Patch test new products on a small area of skin 24 hours before full use. Stop using any product that causes irritation and talk to a doctor if it continues. Check the ingredient list if you have allergies. Products containing SPF should be used as directed on the packaging and reapplied as needed.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders you’ve already placed. If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may cancel or limit an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, a price error happened, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel, we’ll refund any payment in full.

6. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and offers (including our welcome code, bundle pricing and free gifts) have the conditions stated with them, can’t be exchanged for cash, and can be changed or ended at any time. Unless stated otherwise, bundle pricing can’t be combined with other codes, and welcome codes are limited to one per customer.

Shipping, returns and our Shade-Match Promise are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Reviews and content you share

If you post a review, photo or message, you confirm it’s honest and yours to share, and you give us permission to display it on our site and social media. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated.

9. Our content

The Synnudé name, logo, designs, photos and text on this site belong to us. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

10. Limits of responsibility

We provide the site “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date shows the latest version. Orders are covered by the terms in place when you placed them.
